Established in 1999, QPA is a family-founded Anchorage firm. The practice has grown to a team of seven ready to support your organization. The firm’s foundation is simple: life is about relationships, and QPA is built to strengthen them — professionally and personally.

Allison Rogers

Co-founder

UAA Accounting graduate with nine years at the Municipality of Anchorage in Project Management & Engineering. Extensive experience with payrolls, grant accounting, and reporting.

David Rogers

Co-founder

APU accounting degree with construction and project management experience. Supports tribal communities on operational efficiency and BIA/IRR program work, including Tribal Administrator and Contract CEO experience.
